Question 1

Who is CrateCovenant designed to help?

Accepted Answer

CrateCovenant is built around the practical documentation and staff-training needs of smaller logistics operators, including couriers, freight forwarders, third-party logistics (3PL) teams, and pharmaceutical shippers. The toolkit covers customizable procedures, forms, checklists, and short courses; teams should adapt materials to their own operations and requirements.

Question 2

What comes with a Starter workspace?

Accepted Answer

Starter is $149 per month for templates and staff training. Each account has a private workspace with one SOP-001 Document Control and Review entry; saved documents belong to that account. Starter is an entry point for organizing a working document and training records, rather than a shared company-wide repository.

Question 3

Can I customize and save the SOP-001 document?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the private Starter workspace, SOP-001 is the Document Control and Review working document. Edit its Markdown and select Save changes to store your version to the account; unsaved edits remain only on the current page. The supplied Markdown source is required to initialize the first working copy. If that source is unavailable, the editor identifies the missing source instead of substituting invented SOP text.

Question 4

What procedures, forms, and checklists are available?

Accepted Answer

The toolkit is described as including customizable SOPs, CAPA forms, deviation reports, and audit checklists for organizing quality, security, and cold-chain review materials. Adapt each document to your actual routes, facilities, products, and procedures. The public library lists owner-reviewed templates and courses after a saved revision has been reviewed and published.

Question 5

Does CrateCovenant include staff courses and completion records?

Accepted Answer

Starter and Pro include staff training. CrateCovenant describes short courses for warehouse and driver teams, with completion records that teams can retain and share as part of their own audit file. Check the public library for courses that have been published.

Question 6

What does Pro add for corrective actions?

Accepted Answer

Pro is $349 per month and adds CAPA tracking and reporting to the templates and staff training offered with Starter. The tracker and reports are intended to help a team keep corrective actions visible; they do not certify a quality system or guarantee an audit outcome.

Question 7

What is the Logistics Audit-Readiness Review?

Accepted Answer

It is a fixed-scope offer for small U.S. 3PLs. The scope includes a document gap review, a prioritized action list, and a review call. The listed $499 USD amount is a proposed test price, not a confirmed standard price. This is preparation support and does not guarantee compliance or audit success.

Question 8

What is included in the Audit-Prep Intensive?

Accepted Answer

For small 3PLs, the Audit-Prep Intensive is a fixed-scope, one-time introductory test offer at $1,500 USD. It includes review of up to 10 customer-provided documents, written prioritized findings with an action plan, and one mock-audit session. It is preparation support and does not promise regulatory compliance or audit success.
